Terms of Service

1. Scope of services

We provide farm stays and guided ecotours. Tour details, timing, included activities, and meeting arrangements are shown in the booking confirmation and on the relevant tour pages.

2. Booking and availability

• Bookings are confirmed when we accept your request and send a booking confirmation.
• Availability may change. If we cannot fulfill a booking, we will offer alternatives or a refund where applicable.

3. Accuracy of tour details and updates

We strive to keep information accurate. However, itinerary elements (e.g., weather-dependent route, activity sequence, farm area access) may change for safety, operational, or force majeure reasons. The tour subject of the electronic contract is provided clearly and with sufficient identification information. For distance/online selling, pre-contract information is provided in accordance with Закон України "Про електронну комерцію" and Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів".

4. Participation requirements and safety

• Follow the guide’s instructions during ecotours and any posted safety rules on the farm.
• Wear appropriate clothing and footwear for outdoor conditions.
• You must promptly inform us of relevant medical conditions, allergies, or mobility limitations before participation.
• We may refuse or discontinue participation for safety reasons (including non-compliance with safety instructions).

Participation can involve natural terrain, animals, and outdoor activities. You accept inherent risks of outdoor activities.

5. Cancellations, rescheduling, and changes

Cancellation and rescheduling terms may vary by tour type and season and are provided at the time of booking. We may reschedule or cancel due to weather, safety, or force majeure. In such cases, we will communicate options as soon as reasonably practicable.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Ukrainian law, we are not responsible for losses caused by your failure to follow instructions, provide accurate health information, or comply with safety requirements. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

7. Personal data and cookies

If our site uses cookies or trackers that process personal data, we provide transparency and handling of rights in our Privacy Notice in accordance with Закон України "Про захист персональних даних".

8. Advertising

Any promotional communications displayed as advertising are identifiable as advertising and comply with the advertising requirements. For advertising language rules, see Закон України "Про рекламу".

9. Business identification for distance/online contracts

For distance/online selling, we provide consumer pre-contract information and business identification required by Ukrainian law, including contract- and consumer-related information, as required by Закон України "Про електронну комерцію" and Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів". Consumer-facing information provided via the Internet is made available as required by those provisions.
